About
Standing six-foot-five and dressed in polyester, John Evans is hard to miss on stage with a big smile and sparkle in his eyes. As a performer, he plays like the love child of Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly, and Elvis Costello. His songwriting has built his legacy over 20 years as a Texas troubadour. Music runs deep in his blood, flowing even better with whiskey. Evans is embarking on a new album and a new chapter that goes down easy, with or without the shot.
