About
Activate your sensory awareness in this experiential workshop, using neuroscience-informed practices and hands-on exploration to deepen focus, joy, and connection in daily life. This is a 3-hour, in-person interactive workshop designed to help adults awaken and master their five senses to enhance daily focus, joy, and well-being. Participants begin with a sensory check-in and a short science foundation on how sensory signals are processed and integrated in the brain. They then rotate through five hands-on sensory stations (sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch), combining brief mini-lessons with guided activities and personal reflection. After a multisensory integration demo and group exercise, participants build a personalized “Sensory Daily Toolkit” they can use at home, work, and in relationships.
