About
The Woodlands Children's Museum presents Pop-Up Science activities every Thursday in November from 10am-12pm, featuring hands-on STEAM activities. On November 5, children explore floating and sinking with Pumpkin Boats, designing boats with popsicle sticks to carry pumpkins. On November 12, Rock Detectives examine and sort real rocks using their senses to observe how rocks are alike and different. On November 19, Does It Roll? invites children to send different objects down a ramp to investigate what makes objects move and discover that objects roll at different speeds depending on their shape. This Floor Program is included with museum admission of $10 for adults and children 1 year and older. Museum hours are Tuesday-Friday 9:30am-4pm and Saturday 10am-5pm, closed Sunday and Monday.
