About
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Kinetic presents the world premiere of Nicky Sohn's Cynthia, featuring violist Tonya Burton. The work is written in memory of Burton's aunt and inspired by conversations between Burton, Sohn, and members of a patient support group. The piece considers collective grief and the uplifting power of community through a diverse tapestry of musical styles.
