Explore the four soul levels of Jewish Mysticism—body, emotions, ideas, and the transpersonal—through guided meditation, creative expression, and shared reflection to deepen self-awareness and inner understanding. This course, based on Jewish Mysticism, will engage students in understanding and working with 4 soul levels: body, emotions, ideas, and the transpersonal. Much of the class will be devoted to meditation that explores each level. To aid in growing their self-awareness, students will also draw aspects of each soul level. Members of the class will be encouraged to share their experiences.
