OCT. 31: MONSTER MAYHEM! Join us for a monster-filled day of creativity and fun! From making your own stuffed monster and crafting spooky wreaths to mixing up playdough and building wild toy creations, there's something monstrously thrilling for everyone! What's happening? Trick or Treat! Visit five different candy stations throughout the Museum all day in celebration of Halloween. When: All day throughout the Museum. Thermoplastic Monsters: Transform thermoplastic beads into Halloween creatures while exploring the science of reversible physical changes. When: 9 to 11 am and 3 to 8 pm in Science Station. Frankenstein Meet & Greet: Meet one of Halloween's most iconic classic monsters! Stop by to say hello to Frankenstein on stilts and snap a fun photo together. When: 10 am to 2 pm in Kids' Hall. Sponsored by Phillips 66. Monster Storytime & Mask Making: Enjoy a Halloween story and create your own unique mask to go on a spooky adventure! When: At 1 1am and 1 pm in the Parent Resource Library. Monster Stuffies: Create your own cuddly, silly monsters to take home and celebrate the fun of Halloween! Limit 12 participants at a time. Recommended ages 3+. When: 10 am to 7 pm in Design Studio. Bubble Science Touch Table: Explore the science of bubbles through hands-on activities and experiments that let you test, create and observe bubbles up close. When: 11 am to 3 pm in Science Station. DJ Beetlejuice: Dance along to Halloween-themed tunes spun by DJ Beetlejuice and get in the festive groove! When: 4 to 8 pm in Kids' Hall Alcove. Face Painters: Transform into your favorite creature or character with fun, hands-on Halloween face painting! When: 4 to 8 pm in One World. On-going activities: Monster Headbands: Get creative as you design your own unique monster headband to wear for Halloween! When: All day at the Kids' Hall Activity Tables.
