About
Begin again with intention in this experiential workshop designed to help you cultivate resilience, clarify purpose, and sustain well-being through life's inevitable transitions. How do we give ourselves permission to begin again? What tools can we use to flourish in the face of disruptive changes? Flourishing in Transition (FIT), is an interactive, experiential workshop. The goal of FIT is to offer support and resources as you identify ways to grow and live more fully in spite of the inevitable life changes. Through our discussion and reflective and creative exercises tailored to the group, we'll uncover the creativity and purpose currently emerging in our lives. Course Objectives: Claim purpose, identity, and creativity for vitality. Create a plan to practice self-care. Commit to spiritual practices and/or stillness – even when the path is unclear. Identify what it looks like to "begin again." Celebrate your refreshed vision. Potentially appropriate for 8 CEs.
